dkNET team @the(Sugar)Science Facebook live!

It was our pleasure to have an opportunity to introduce the dkNET resources to the Type 1 Diabetes researcher community via Facebook live at 11 am PST on February 19, 2021! 

In this Facebook live event, Dr. Monica Westley, the Founder and President of the(Sugar)Science interviewed Drs. Maryann Martone and Jeffrey Grethe, the Principal Investigators of the dkNET, and Dr. Ko-Wei Lin, the Project Manager of the dkNET. The panel talked about the history and the role of the dkNET, what scientists will gain by using the tools/services offered by dkNET, including Resource Reports, Discovery Portal, Authentication Reports, FAIR data resources, and Hypothesis Center, and their use cases. Audiences also learned the benefits of dkNET and the funding opportunities and internship program offered by dkNET.
