DNA DataBank of Japan (DDBJ) (RRID:SCR_002359) | DDBJ | database, data repository, storage service resource, data or information resource, service resource | Maintains and provides archival, retrieval and analytical resources for biological information. Central DDBJ resource consists of public, open-access nucleotide sequence databases including raw sequence reads, assembly information and functional annotation. Database content is exchanged with EBI and NCBI within the framework of the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (INSDC). In 2011, DDBJ launched two new resources: DDBJ Omics Archive and BioProject. DOR is archival database of functional genomics data generated by microarray and highly parallel new generation sequencers. Data are exchanged between the ArrayExpress at EBI and DOR in the common MAGE-TAB format. BioProject provides organizational framework to access metadata about research projects and data from projects that are deposited into different databases. | nucleotide sequence, genome, dna, dna database, dna research, nucleotide, phylogenetics, protein, sequence, protein binding, gene expression, gene, genetics, nucleoid, genomics, protein binding, gold standard, bio.tools, FASEB list |

GUDMAP Ontology Resource Report Resource Website 1+ mentions |
GUDMAP Ontology (RRID:SCR_002637) | GUDMAP Ontology | ontology, data or information resource, resource, controlled vocabulary | THIS RESOURCE IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. Documented on January 14,2026. A high-resolution ontology has been developed by members of the GUDMAP consortium to describe the subcompartments of the developing murine genitourinary tract. This ontology incorporates what can be defined histologically and begins to encompass other structures and cell types already identified at the molecular level. The GUDMAP ontology encompasses Theiler stage (TS) 17-27 of development as well as the sexually mature adult. It has been written as a partonomic, text-based, hierarchical ontology that, for the embryological stages, has been developed as a high-resolution expansion of the existing Edinburgh Mouse Atlas Project (EMAP) ontology. It also includes group terms for well-characterized structural and/or functional units comprising several sub-structures, such as the nephron and juxtaglomerular complex. Each term has been assigned a unique identification number. Synonyms have been used to improve the success of query searching and maintain wherever possible existing EMAP terms relating to this organ system. | murine, genitourinary tract, development, in situ hybridization, theiler stage, adult mouse, newborn mouse, adolescent mouse, embryonic mouse |

GenomeRNAi Resource Report Resource Website 100+ mentions |
GenomeRNAi (RRID:SCR_013088) | database, data repository, storage service resource, data or information resource, service resource | GenomeRNAi is a database of phenotypes from systematic RNA interference (RNAi) screens in cultured Drosophila cells. The phenotype database can be searched by keywords, RNAi identifiers or Drosophila gene sequences. Searches with homologous sequences from human or C. elegans are also possible. Integrated tools evaluate the specificity of long double-stranded RNAs (RNAi probes) by similarity searches against all predicted Drosophila transcripts. This site can also be used to identify pre-designed RNAi probes from available Drosophila RNAi libraries.
