Comments: Discontinued; manufacturer recommendations: ELISA, Western Blot. Approx. 37kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 38.7kDa according to NP_085146.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Two additional bands of unknown identity were also consistently observed at 50kDa and at 70kDa. The band at 50kDa was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. The other band at 70kDa however was not blocked by the immunizing peptide and it is therefore a non-specific signal. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? We call for caution when the antibody is used for other assays than Western blot. This antibody is expected to recognize both repo

Can't find your Antibody?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific antibody, it's easier to enter an RRID or a Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your antibody in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with The Antibody Registry (an Antibody Registry account is required. Create a free Antibody Registry account if you don't have one yet). An RRID will be generated in 1-2 business days.
