Summary: How to run Prodigal version 2.6.3 (Hyatt et al. 2010) through the iMicrobe plaform.Prodigal is a protein-coding gene prediction software tool for bacterial and archaeal genomes. Prodigal runs smoothly on finished genomes, draft genomes, and metagenomes.
