Lethal ptr-15 deletion allele marked with pharyngeal GFP [loxP ::myo-2p::GFP::unc-54 3UTR + rps-27p::neoR::unc-54 3UTR::loxP]; lethality rescued by hypodermal expression of PTR-15 form crEx498 array.
