Notes: Hamp KO, Sprague-Dawley rats were generated by Transposagen Biopharmaceuticals (Lexington, KY). Four different genetically engineered rat lines, each with different sized Hamp deletions (with or without concurrent insertions), were created using TALEN technology. SD-Hamp em3Jfcol +/- (RGD:36174223) is heterozygous carrying a 20-bp deletion and a 3-bp insertion in exon 2 of the rat Hamp gene. Rat Resource & Research Center (RRRC)
