RIA: Concentrations of 20-30ng/ml of these antibodies will bind radiolabeled IL-1 receptor in a radioimmunoassay format. Immunohistochemistry: IL-1 receptor can be detected on cultured cells using antibody concentrations of 10- 100ug/ml Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
