2019 dkNET Summer of Data Student Internship Program Awards Announcement

We are pleased to announce the award recipients of 2019 dkNET Summer of Data Student Internship Program! This year the program provides five $5,000 awards to support a student internship from high school, undergraduate and graduate school for their researcher using the dkNET portal. A principal investigator's institution or organization will receive total funding support of $5,000 (direct + indirect costs). The funds may be used for the direct support of student and direct project supplies. 

Investigators who receive dkNET support will have their funded student participate in weekly online webinars/discussion with the dkNET team, present their work, and provide a final report. 

The following participants have been selected to receive a dkNET Summer of Data Student Internship Award:

Dr. Carmella Evans-Molina, Indiana University School of Medicine (Student: Paul Sohn)
