Summary: Background: Spontaneous preterm birth is a worldwide concern due to the impact on infant mortality. Good quality of antenatal care pregnancy has the potential to reduce the rate of prematurity and improve neonatal outcome. Periodontal disease suppose to affect preterm labor.
