Heterozygotes are wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, and segregate wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, GFP+ non-mKate2 Dpy adults (ve662 homozygotes), non-GFP mKate2+ arrested larvae (hT1 homozygotes), and dead eggs (aneuploids).
