Heterozygotes are wild-type mKate2+GFP+, and segregate wild-type mKate2+GFP+, arrested GFP+ non-mKate2 (rpl-4 homozygotes), arrested non-GFP mKate2+ (hT1 homozygotes), and dead eggs.
