Heterozygotes are WT with dim pharyngeal GFP signal, and segregate dim GFP, brighter GFP (mIs13 homozygotes) and GFP- ok617 homozygotes (slow-growing, mid-larval arrest). Pick WT dim GFP and check for correct segregation of progeny to maintain."
