Proper Citation: RRID:WB-STRAIN:WBStrain00026647
Description: Caenorhabditis elegans with name clk-3(qm38) II; clk-1(qm30)/dpy-17(e164) III. from WB.
Species: Caenorhabditis elegans
Synonyms: clk-3(qm38) II; clk-1(qm30)/dpy-17(e164) III.
Notes: Develops slowly (clk-3(qm38) rate). clk-1(qm30) is maternally rescued. Segregates 1/4 Dpy progeny. To study clk-3; clk-1 doubles place WT worms singly onto plates-the clk doubles will throw no Dpys and their progeny develop extremely slowly (about 3 days to hatch and 10 days for postembryonic development)-they will be sterile when they finally become adults.
Affected Gene: WBGene00000536(clk-1)|WBGene00000538(clk-3)|WBGene00001076(dpy-17)

Description: Central data repository for nematode biology including complete genomic sequence, gene predictions and orthology assignments from range of related nematodes.Data concerning genetics, genomics and biology of C. elegans and related nematodes. Derived from initial ACeDB database of C. elegans genetic and sequence information, WormBase includes genomic, anatomical and functional information of C. elegans, other Caenorhabditis species and other nematodes. Maintains public FTP site where researchers can find many commonly requested files and datasets, WormBase software and prepackaged databases.
