Heterozygotes are wild-type GFP+, and segregate wild-type GFP+, non-GFP gk3816 homozygotes, and Dpy GFP+ mIn1 homozygotes. Maintain by picking wild-type GFP+ and check for correct segregation of progeny to maintain."
