Notes: Prdm14 mutation was induced by introducing ribonucleic complexes (crRNA, tract RNA and Cas9 protein) into Crlj:WI rat embryos using electroporator. The resulting mutation is a 4412-bp deletion in exon 1 to 4. Homozygous Prdm14 knocked-out rats have the germ cell-deficient phenotype.
