Description: Core provides centralized access to advanced cytometry technologies and expert technical support. Offers flow cytometric analysis and high-speed cell sorting through full-service acquisition, assisted workflows, and independent use. Services include classical immunophenotyping, cell cycle and apoptosis analysis, tumor microenvironment and leukocyte infiltration studies, and single-cell sorting for monoclonal line generation, CRISPR library construction, or integration into sort-to-sequencing workflows (e.g., 10x Genomics scRNA-seq). Bulk sorting is also available for re-culturing, transplantation, or downstream omics analyses.
