Comments: To maintain the CVB3 internal EcoRI site, this plasmid was created by in a two step procedure: i) PCR cloning of CVB3 from its internal EcoRI site (nucleotides 2764-2769) to the end (nucleotide 7399), digesting with EcoRI-MfeI, and ligating into pEN_TTmcs (Addgene #25755) digested with EcoRI; ii) PCR cloning of CVB3 from its start (nucleotide 1) to the internal EcoRI site, digesting with EcoRI, and ligating into the intermediate plasmid (i) digested with EcoRI.
