Protein can be immunoprecipitated, recognized in whole mount immunostaining, and detected by western blot, using the anti-c-myc antibody 9E-10. Species of Sequence Origin: mouse. Notes for Use: Linearize with Eco R1 and transcribe with T7 to make RNA. Reference: This is the clone published as p284 in AP McMahon and RT Moon, Cell 58: 1075-1084 (1989).
