Notes for Use: Full-length Xenopus beta-catenin reconstructed by taking the Cla-SphI vector fragment from XBC20 and the SphI-Cla sequences from XBC24 (encoding the C-terminus of beta-catenin). This corrects possible problems with the C-terminus os XBC20. To make RNA, cut with NotI and transcribe with SP6. Ref: Yost et al. Genes and Development 10:1443-1454, 1996.
