"Join us to learn more about the HuBMAP Data Portal and our data
Before 2020 comes to a close, HuBMAP invites all interested parties to tune in for an introduction to the HuBMAP Data Portal as part of the HuBMAP Sci/Tech Webinar Series. This is the first HuBMAP Sci/Tech Webinar to be open to the public.
Funded groups from the HuBMAP Infrastructure, Visualization and Engagement (HIVE) team will present an introduction to the HuBMAP Data Portal and provide a glimpse of what to expect in the coming year.
Immediately following, the Stanford University Tissue Mapping Center will discuss HubMAP data in more detail, including how it will be used to build 3D maps, and to probe normal and disease states.
